Dr. McKissock is proud to be part of the Colorado Springs dental community and is humbled to be recognized as one of its top endodontists. Elevation Endodontics opened in March 2020 just before COVID restrictions were enforced.  The Elevation team worked tirelessly throughout the pandemic to provide safe, emergent dental care with compassion and leading-edge technology.

Dr. McKissock has been practicing dentistry for 19 years and is a Board-Certified Endodontist and Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics. He served seven years as the Endodontic Instructor for the Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency at Fort Carson.

He is a Brown University graduate and former Army Scout Helicopter Pilot for the 1st Infantry Division and Multinational Force Observers in Egypt. In 2002, he earned a DMD degree from the University of Florida College of Dentistry where he graduated on the Dean’s List with several patient care awards as well as the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society’s Ethics Award. He returned to Active Duty and graduated from the US Army’s Advanced Education in General Dentistry Program followed by an Endodontic Residency at Fort Bragg. 

Dr. McKissock married his college sweetheart, Jill, and is the proud father of Dean, Cole and Luke.
