Dr. Sheila Hartle is honored to be chosen by her colleagues as one of Colorado Springs’s Top Dentists 2021. Dr. Hartle has provided dental care to the Colorado Springs area since 2011. 

Dr. Hartle is proud to be celebrating two anniversaries in the Spring of 2021. Twenty years ago, in May of 2001, she graduated with her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the top-ranked University of Michigan School of Dentistry. Five years ago, in May of 2016, she established her growing dental practice, Hartle Family Dentistry, in the Briargate area.

Her mission in private practice is to provide conservative, compassionate care with excellent results. In light of this, she and the wonderful team at Hartle Family Dentistry allow for personal attention to each patient. She recognizes that dental appointments can be stressful to patients. Therefore, she and her team strive to make each patient’s visit relaxed and unhurried. As a family dentist, Dr. Hartle enjoys all facets of her profession while treating all generations and building lasting relationships with her patients. 

Medical and dental practices are becoming increasingly corporate, driven by fast-paced schedules, impersonal care, and quantity over quality. The crisis of the global pandemic, which lead to small business shutdowns, and other negative effects on dental healthcare, clarified Dr. Hartle’s passion to maintain her small practice environment that is truly relational and patient-centered.

Dr. Sheila Hartle and her team are committed to personalized, quality treatment. With gentle care, wisdom from 20 years of experience, and humility to continue learning her craft, Dr. Hartle and her team have emerged from the crisis stronger than ever. 

Dr. Hartle and her husband of 22 years are raising two teenage sons, keeping busy as a family with as much time together in the mountains as possible!
