Having managed, owned and operated Dutch Bros. Coffee in Oregon and Colorado Springs for nearly 18 years, Rita understands how to work with people toward a common goal in a timely manner. Along with her partner, she took a failing corporate franchise and turned it around with a strategic plan that involved implementing extensive marketing and financial programs that increased sales by 8 fold. She sold the business in 2020.

While running her business, Rita bought, sold and renovated many homes as a side hobby. As a young girl, she dreamt of being an architect and this dabbling in real estate allowed her to use her creativity, project management and financial planning skills to great success. Having bought her first home in 2006, Rita has been to the top of the market as well as the bottom as an owner and investor. She continues to build her rental portfolio and consistently seeks to increase her dynamic industry knowledge.

Being an experienced buyer & seller herself, she knows what she wants in a real estate brokerage. Timely answers to pressing questions, regular and thorough communication, and simplified processes. She shoulders the overwhelming list of to-dos to create the smoothest home buying or selling experience you will ever have. As well as being a Licensed Agent, she is the mother of 4 dynamic children. Between football, baseball, track, drama, and basketball – there is never a dull moment! Rita treasures the time she has with her kids. And hopes they dial-in time travel so she can re-live it all again!
