Dr. Sarah Keller is from Saratoga, Wyoming. Her father is a retired general dentist. She grew up helping in his office, which began her interest in dentistry. She attended University of Wyoming where she majored in Chemistry and Spanish. She then attended Creighton University School of Dentistry where she met her husband, Dr. Krey Keller. She returned to Wyoming to practice dentistry in two state prisons and a small group practice. In 2019, the Kellers relocated to Fort Riley, where she was a GS Civilian dentist for the US Army. At Fort Riley, Dr. Sarah became a Diplomate of American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine. She focused on providing solutions for Soldiers with sleep-related breathing disorders. She went on to lead the Dental Sleep Medicine practice.

In 2022, the Kellers moved to Colorado Springs to join Keller Dental. She continues her emphasis in Dental Sleep Medicine at Keller Dental. Dr. Sarah is a member of the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine and American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine.

Drs. Tracie and Sarah are members of the American Dental Association, Colorado Dental Association, Colorado Springs Dental Society, and Colorado Roots Study Club.
