Dr. Chang is a board-certified, fellowship-trained ophthalmologist who specializes in cataract surgery, refractive surgery such as LASIK, and cornea procedures. Over his 18-year medical career, he has performed over 50,000 procedures (30,000 cataract procedures).

The foundation of Dr. Chang’s treatment philosophy for every single patient is to provide compassionate, personalized care using the very latest surgical techniques. “It’s important to me that I help all of my patients fully understand their medical conditions so my treatment recommendations will make sense,” explains Dr. Chang. His goal with each procedure is to help his patients live a better quality of life: enhancing their vision so they can be active and enjoy the world around them.
