Gold Hill is more than an exceptional neighborhood. It is a community woven together by history, place and people. At the center stands Stephanie Edwards, the guiding force, Executive Vice President, local leader and community builder of Gold Hill. Nearly two decades ago, she and the Gold Hill team began transforming the abandoned historic Golden Cycle Mill industrial site into a neighborhood where life thrives.

Guided by her small-town roots and passion for connection, she infused Gold Hill with a spirit born from her experiences and vision. She championed the restoration of Fountain Creek and built Music on the Mesa and Art on the Mesa, enriching the community with sustainability, connection and a vibrant cultural heartbeat rooted in respect for the land.

In recognition of these accomplishments, she received the Women of Influence Award, the Inclusion Award and was named to the lists of "Women Who Inspire" and "Women in Business." She served on numerous boards, giving her expertise and talents to organizations such as the Chamber of Commerce, Catamount Institute and the Pikes Peak State College Foundation.

For Stephanie Edwards, Gold Hill is a passion and a purpose. "It's a lifetime project. It's been amazing to see it grow. I remember when my daughter took her first steps in the hallway of my office when there were only a handful of houses here. My mentor, the founder of Gold Hill Mesa, Bob Willard, witnessed that moment 20 years ago. His recent passing is a reminder that our world moves through seasons of growth and transition. I am dedicated to carrying Bob's vision forward building a place where future generations thrive and the spirit of community endures.
