Gordon Heuser

Gordon J. Heuser, Esq., a Partner at the Colorado Springs-based law firm Heuser & Heuser, LLP, brings more than 40 years of experience to Southern Colorado’s personal injury and workers’ compensation arena. A native of the region, Gordon has dedicated his career to helping individuals in Colorado recover from serious injuries, handling thousands of claims and arguing matters before the Colorado Court of Appeals and the Colorado Supreme Court.

Gordon earned his B.A. in Economics from the University of Colorado in 1981, then went on to receive his J.D. from Golden Gate University School of Law in 1984 and has been licensed to practice in Colorado ever since.  At the heart of Gordon’s work is a commitment to providing high-quality service. He emphasizes personal attention and a thorough approach, believing that each client deserves dedicated representation tailored to their unique situation. His experience both in and out of the courtroom provides a strong foundation for this client-focused practice.

Outside his legal practice, the importance of family reflects clearly in the time spent with his loving wife, two daughters, & three grandchildren. He is an avid outdoorsman and fitness enthusiast. He enjoys running — including participating in numerous races across the central states such as the Boston Marathon and hiking in the mountains of Colorado, with a particular passion for “bagging” the state’s 14,000-foot peaks (“14-ers”). He also enjoys cooking, reading, and traveling.

Rooted in the Southern Colorado community where he grew up with his sister and three brothers, Gordon combines deep local insight with extensive experience that contributes to his unique approach to practicing law. Whether navigating a workers’ compensation claim or a catastrophic injury case, he brings both substance and compassion to his clients, helping them navigate complex legal paths while keeping the human side of their recovery front and center.
