Pit has been practicing law for over 40 years and is an accomplished trial attorney with over 150 jury trials.

In 2023. Pit obtained a $1.8 Million verdict in an El Paso County District Court jury trial where the defense offer was only $35,000.00.   In 2024, three weeks before trial, Pit and co-counsel Tom Herd settled for $1.25 Million an insurance bad faith case against USAA for over 2-¼ times the policy limits of $500,000.00.

Pit utilizes the expertise of trusted and experienced doctors, therapists, CPAs, crash reconstruction experts, engineers and other professionals to build powerful cases based on truth to obtain justice for his clients.
