Dr. Julia Brinley is a board-certified neurologist with Colorado Springs Neurological Associates, where she is dedicated to helping patients navigate complex neurological conditions with compassion, expertise and personalized care. She believes that listening to each patient’s story is the foundation of exceptional medicine, and strives to ensure every individual feels informed, respected and empowered throughout their treatment journey.Dr. Brinley provides comprehensive care for a broad range of neurological disorders, including headaches and migraines, multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, stroke, dementia, movement disorders, neuromuscular diseases and sports-related neurological injuries. She also offers Botox® treatment for chronic migraine, helping patients regain function and improve their quality of life through evidence-based, individualized care.After earning her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Brinley completed her neurology residency at the Medical University of South Carolina, where she served as Chief Neurology Resident.
